**Position Summary:**
At Bentley Systems, we are committed to delivering outstanding digital experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Quality Analyst, SEO to join our team. This role involves rigorous testing of our web applications to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and provide a seamless user experience.
**Your Day-to-Day** :
+ Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of web applications.
+ Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or defects found during testing.
+ Work with development teams to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
+ Perform both manual and automated testing on different web browsers and devices to ensure complete coverage.
+ Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
+ Analyze test results, discover, and report root causes for failures and recommend corrective action.
+ Ensure that deliverables meet functional, design specifications and requirements.
+ Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
+ Continuously improve the testing process and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
**What You Bring to The Team** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or relevant training and experience.
+ 1-2 years of experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
+ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
+ Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
+ Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
+ This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid or home-based in the US.
+ Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any otherphysical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
+ This role requires travel up to 10%.
