Position Overview:The Greene School in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tennis Coach who is passionate about developing young athletes. This role requires expertise in tennis instruction, fitness training, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will emphasize quality instruction and ROGY (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow) progression for students under 10, ensuring a fun, engaging, and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Tennis Instruction:Provide high-quality tennis coaching to students, focusing on skill development, game strategy, and sportsmanship.Implement the ROGY progression system to ensure age-appropriate learning and development for students under 10.Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.

Fitness Training:Design and conduct fitness training sessions to enhance students' overall athleticism, including strength, agility, and endurance.Integrate fitness routines into tennis training to promote holistic physical development.Monitor and assess students' fitness progress and adapt training programs accordingly.

Social Media Marketing:Create and manage social media content to promote the tennis program, highlight student achievements, and engage with the school community.Develop marketing strategies to increase program visibility and attract new participants.Collaborate with the school's marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Program Development:Assist in the development and implementation of the tennis curriculum for the school, including after-school programs, grade-level classes, and elite training.Organize and participate in school tennis events, tournaments, and exhibitions.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Student Support and Communication:Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff.Provide regular feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.Encourage and motivate students to achieve their personal and athletic goals.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.USPTA or PTR certification is highly desirable.Proven experience in coaching tennis, with a strong understanding of the ROGY progression system.Background in fitness training and conditioning.Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.Passion for teaching and nurturing young athletes.

Compensation: Compensation is based on previous experience
