Reporting to the

Director of Operations,

the

Technical Writer

reviews, evaluates and analyzes complex information and ensures documented results are accurate and understandable, regardless of reader.

What a typical day looks like:

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standardsObtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information intosimple, polished, and engaging contentWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language thatsets our users up for successMaintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research,usability tests in existing database systems.Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvementResearch, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments tounderstand project requirementsIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedureManuals and process documentationWork with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit,and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storageDocuments will be utilized for manufacturing purpose and must be written and controlled in existing quality systems.The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience3 years of related experience.Good analytical skills in analyzing problems and offering solutions.Good communications skills and team work.Global Manufacturing experience (writing instruction on certain processes or process flows) is Preferred.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:
