Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Independently create site designs and drawings from field investigations, original drawings, satellite images or other internet software using AutoCAD.
• Advanced working knowledge of industry related site design.
• Adhere to and follow company AutoCAD standards, details and templates while doing projects.
• Work closely with project supervisor to ensure quality drafting.
• Follows company guidelines as it relates to file management.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• 2-3 years telecom experience required
• Certificate/Degree from college or technical school in AutoCAD or experience equivalent.
• Advanced CAD skills, preferably in the latest version.
• Advanced working knowledge in the following disciplines and standards; architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical.
• Understand the use of Adobe Acrobat (pdf files), digital photographs (jpeg files), Microsoft Office products (Outlook, word, and Excel files) and internet search engines.
• Familiar with databases and the process of uploading and downloading of data.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required
Self-driven personality with a desire for team success.
Detail oriented, able to maintain quality control for all outgoing products.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable in self-directed environment.
Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment.
