Create and maintain systems documentation, simulations, online help, presentation decks, web based training (WBT).
Responsibilities:
Captures screen images for courseware using Paint Shop Pro, SnagIt, or other relevant software.
Works with subject matter experts as needed to create technically accurate documents.
Self-edit and proof courseware for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
Submits courseware to department editor for editing and implement changes.
