Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an SEO Strategist to join our client's team. The SEO Strategist will drive organic growth and visibility for B2B property that encompasses four major business units: Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Learning Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience managing organic search programs for enterprise brands that have generated significant website traffic, in addition to being innovative, proactive, and comfortable getting in the weeds to solve problems. One will need to have a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques, coupled with the ability to develop and execute sophisticated growth strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Drive incremental organic traffic to the company's B2B properties through strategic optimization efforts

Build and maintain competitive analysis matrices to track keyword performance and inform content strategy

Develop business cases and present findings to key stakeholders, advocating for SEO initiatives and securing buy-in for strategic recommendations

Conduct thorough keyword research and discovery to identify opportunities for organic search visibility

Evaluate and integrate emerging AI-driven automation tools and techniques into the company's SEO strategy to optimize website performance and enhance user experience, collaborating cross-functionally to implement learnings and drive innovation

Conduct ongoing technical SEO audits and optimization efforts, working within the company's Content Management System (CMS) to implement changes

Provide regular reporting and analysis on SEO performance, including website traffic, keyword rankings, and revenue growth projections using Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console

Provide strategic guidance and support for international SEO initiatives, focusing on scaling efforts globally and driving growth in emerging markets by leveraging localized content and optimization tactics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into content development and website architecture

Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEM Rush and Botify to monitor performance, identify issues, and make data-driven recommendationsQualifications:

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on enterprise-level strategy and execution within large corporations, proficiency in managing detailed matrices and effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders

Proven track record of driving organic growth for large-scale websites or digital properties

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex SEO concepts to diverse audiences

Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms, particularly Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Botify, Tableau and Adobe Analytics

Experience working within CMS platforms (preference for Adobe Experience Manager)Location: Bay Area, CA - must travel to Sunnyvale office once every 2 weeksDuration: ConsultingRate: $55 - $80/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
