Salary Grade:
Hourly 10 | H-10

Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of critical and essential communication services forCampus Police and Security Services, to include receiving emergency and non-emergency calls forassistance and determining the appropriate action in response to those calls.
Minimum Qualifications:Education:• High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED) certificateExperience:• One (1) year front facing customer service experienceSpecialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.;• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
