This Fall Internship is from September through December 13th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Our team supports the Game Shows Division. We work on Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy! and any other property currently in development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Intern, Creative Operations & Production will be responsible for supporting our in-house team as we work to scale up our production workflows and operations across the Game Shows Organization. This includes internal stakeholders and external partners as well as the consumer products, mobile games, licensing and development teams. This role will help spearhead a cross-functional migration for our team, while also helping with various other production duties and operations initiatives. The Intern, Creative Operations & Production reports directly to the Senior Manager, Creative Operations & Production.

In support of the Manager, Creative Operations & Production as well as the Senior Manager, Creative Operations & Production, this Intern will assist with campaigns and projects for our various workflows and deliverables. This covers a wide range of creative content - on-air promotions, trailers, newsletters, animations, logos, sales reels, print ads, digital and social campaigns, show graphics packages, pitch decks, and more. Ideally, a successful candidate is interested in working in data migration and can help oversee our team's build, testing, and migration from Wrike to Airtable. This internal platform migration has been initiated already, but we still have a significant amount of development and discovery before it is ready to launch for our full team. Accordingly, you should be good at workflow mapping and internal process development. In addition to coordinating our platform migration, this Intern will work closely with Manager and Senior Manager to support other operations/production duties, such as onboarding and offboarding support, out of office tracking, intake and activation of new creative requests, closing out tasks/requests, tracking and organizing documentation for the team, and more.

This position requires a well-organized, productive, efficient and autonomous worker with clearheaded and accurate workflows. Must have a strong attention to detail and be very adaptable. Someone with an understanding of creative briefs and the marketing/media production lifecycle. A person who can multi-task under pressure, solve roadblocks on their own and prioritize their tasks with minimal oversight. The Intern, Creative Operations & Production has hands-on experience with branded content creation and the internal infrastructure required to support said content creation. They understand that the responsibilities of the delivery schedule may require attention on evenings and weekends, and this aspect of the position should be understood as par for the course.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

50%

Data Migration & Platform Build

+ Act as main point person for our data migration into Airtable, working closely with the Senior Manager and Manager, along with the Director of Technology, Senior Manager of Tech Ops, our platform reps, and other members of our team.

+ Duties includes establishing milestones/checkpoints, and goals, auditing current tools and systems across Airtable, Wrike, Ci, G Drive, One Drive and Basecamp, mapping out workflows and associated approvals (including legacy workflows that may need to be sunsetted or reworked), flagging any outliers, identifying various user types (internal and external) and their respective needs, building and testing automations, creating interfaces, testing and launching completed build, hosting Airtable trainings with our team, supporting user adoption and helping to troubleshoot/escalate any roadblocks or issues.

+ While we work on Airtable build, Intern will also help us grow and maintain current infrastructure within Airtable, e.g. expanding upon base with customized Gantt views, calendar views, etc.

40% Supporting Content Creation

+ Assist Manager and Senior Manager of Creative Operations and Production with ingesting, processing, and activating new requests in Airtable and Wrike.

+ Help create folders and dedicated spaces for new assets/deliverables in our internal tools and software, mainly across Wrike, Ci, and Airtable.

+ Confirm all working files have been uploaded and nothing is missing or linked incorrectly, then close out tasks and projects once requests/deliverables have been completed.

+ Help ensure creatives have everything they need prior to task activation (e.g. confirm that it is the latest and correct version of asset before activating task). Assist with preparation and maintenance of dedicated brand space as well as brand asset tracker.

10% Additional Production & Operations Support

+ Responsible for onboarding and offboarding support plus Out Of Office / leave management. Out of Office management includes tracking different types of OOO in our Airtable base and reminding individuals to schedule their out of office coverage syncs. Onboarding support includes granting system access to new workers, sending templated emails, following up with documentation after trainings. Offboarding support includes removal from tools/systems, confirming all working files have been uploaded correctly, etc.

+ Support on any broader operations initiatives, process changes and ad-hoc requests, such as creation and organization of dedicated asset management spaces, development of onboarding templates and protocols, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Minimum 1-2 years' experience in creative operations, with at least 1 year producing creative content for a brand and/or agency

+ Baseline understanding of the creative workflows for graphic design, video, and animation

+ Mac, Google Suite experience a must

+ Familiarity with Airtable is required - can build new Airtable interfaces and automations, configure views and dashboards to different user types, etc.

+ Able to rapidly disseminate and organize data, optimize information architecture, and craft standardized naming conventions

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Previous experience with data and/or platform migrations, especially cross-functional shifts within an organization, is a plus

+ Self-motivated, quick on their feet with ability to pivot

+ Exceptional time management skills

+ Ability to problem solve creatively

+ Manages time appropriately and meets aggressive deadlines.
