Position Summary:

The Internal Marketing Specialist (IMS) will play a crucial role in fostering effective communication and engagement within Conway Medical Center, ensuring our internal stakeholders are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with our mission and culture.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.

ExperienceMinimum of 3 (three) years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or project coordination roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Proficient in various software and tools for content creation, social media management, and project tracking. Experience with Monday.com and the Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a cross-functional setting.

Duties & Responsibilities:Internal Communications Management:

Plan, design, and execute monthly internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.Manage and maintain the company intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.Moderate and actively participate in private employee social groups, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Internal Project Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal project requests, ensuring excellent customer service and timely execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish timelines, and coordinate project deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Initiatives:

Work closely with internal groups to develop and implement employee recognition and appreciation programs.Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work culture.Gather feedback and insights from employees to inform communication and engagement strategies.

Internal Marketing Campaign Development and Execution:

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute internal marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and initiatives.Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in internal communications and marketing.
