Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant based in Savannah, Georgia. The role will involve a range of tasks including content creation, social media management, graphic design, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities:

- Develop and publish engaging content related to the salon equipment industry for our blog

- Create and schedule posts, stories, and videos across different social media platforms to engage followers

- Regularly update and optimize website content, including product descriptions, landing pages, and FAQs

- Incorporate SEO best practices into all content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic

- Analyze and report on content marketing performance metrics to inform future campaigns

- Plan and schedule regular posts across all social media channels for consistent updates

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to build a positive online community

- Collaborate with influencers to promote salon equipment and increase brand visibility

- Implement strategies to grow social media presence organically

- Use tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and others to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns

- Create digital ads for promotional campaigns using programs like Canva or Adobe products

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts and stories

- Design banners and other visual elements for the website

- Edit and enhance product images for use across various marketing channels

- Identify and analyze relevant keywords and phrases for SEO

- Optimize product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, and headers for SEO

- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, including metrics like keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

Requirements - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

- Experience with CRM and database management

- Demonstrable experience in creating and managing advertisements

- Proven track record in blogging and enhancing brand awareness

- Familiarity with budget processes within a marketing context

- Experience in campaign planning and execution

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
