Position SummaryCreate + edit content and manage social accounts for hospitality clients

DIGITAL + SOCIALShoot + edit both video and still for various social media platforms (newsletter, instagram, TikTok)Create + collaborate with the team to develop social first on-brand and compelling assets that fulfill marketing + PR objectivesEstablish a strong brand voice + write copy for social platformsOn-site social coverage of events, as needed and scopedManage and maintain social media content calendars for assigned accounts drawing from owned content, UGC, lofi content, graphics created through Canva or PhotoshopAct as the community manager on assigned accounts, monitoring channels and engaging with followersMonitor upcoming holidays, cultural moments or breaking news to leverage on social as appropriateField incoming requests from clients for promotional needs on socialPublish content on appropriate channels as per content calendarGenerate monthly analytics reports and suggest optimizations accordinglyAssist agency with the creation of newsletters and maintenance of agency social channels as neededMust be proficient in content editing software (i.e. Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc)

ADMIN SUPPORT + ORGANIZATIONUpdate + maintain digital status reports for assigned accountsDevelop and maintain influencer lists and databasesPrepare meeting + call agendas and action items, monthly or weekly activity reports for digital/social clients

EVENTSAssist with client + agency events including, but not limited to: Invite digital tastemakers, onsite attendance, content creation + real time posting, monitoring for post-event social coverage

AGENCY RELATIONSActively participate in all-team meetings and brainstormsRead the papers, relevant lifestyle + food magazines and websites; monitor for placements of our clients as well as information relevant to the industry to be shared with Becca staffAttend + represent Becca at industry and agency happenings/eventsCRM: Use and contribute to Copper as an agency asset, building our database regularlyHarvest: Use Harvest daily/weekly to track your time and inform pricing and drive account profitability and your own time managementLinkedIn + social channels: create content the agency can post across all of our social channels.Client Interaction: respond to clients' requests in a prompt and professional manner, participate in monthly meetings with clients, travel to client offices as needed.Identify agency/team's capability gaps and suggest ideas for recruitment and hiring.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing, technology and production to ensure streamlined operational processes.Attend industry events, entertain, network and be fully immersed in travel, luxury, lifestyle and hospitality.
