We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our team and create engaging and entertaining content for PrestonReacts YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for reactions content, experience in editing, and knowledge of the YouTube platform

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIESTurn raw video footage into a polished final product that meets the standards of our Post Production Leadership Team and is enjoyed by our audienceCut and trim reaction content to enhance its entertainment value, from start to finish, and highlight the funniest and most epic momentsCreate fresh and engaging content that attracts and retains viewers while also grabbing the attention of new audiencesStay up-to-date with YouTube and internet culture, including trends, memes, graphics, and pop culture references, to create content that resonates with our audienceLearn and implement TBNR's best editing practices and methods to ensure high-quality content deliveryEdit a Rough Cut of a Video within the first day of receiving it to meet tight production deadlinesManage your time efficiently to deliver content on schedule and according to TBNR's quality and creative standardsAdapt your editing style to suit the channel's unique standard and target audienceUse your knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop to create and improve video assetsStay informed and keep up-to-date with gaming and YouTube trends to create relevant contentCollaborate with the Post Production Supervisor to review and implement all QC notesMaintain strong working relationships with team members and department leaders
REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of memes and internet cultureAn engaging sense of humorBasic knowledge of YouTubeStrong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExpertise and efficiency in Adobe CC, as Premiere is the NLE of choice.Experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects
