Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and strategic Junior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to help develop and manage wealth management and high net worth client (HNW) events and activate marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wealth management and have a strong background in event management, collaboration with content creators and marketing campaign activation. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth for Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities:

* Event Strategy, Planning, and Execution:* Develop a wealth management event strategy aligned with the company and key local market growth goals in collaboration with Branch Managers and their advisors* Amplify the Oppenheimer brand, demonstrate The Power of Oppenheimer Thinking tag line and drive three thought leadership themes: retirement, legacy and entrepreneurship* Develop and coordinate exclusive events, including thought leadership events, sporting and cultural engagements, and webinars* Plan and coordinate exclusive client appreciation events* Collaborate with wealth management branch managers to design high impact events, manage event logistics, plan the budget and optimize attendee communication.* Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continuously improve future events to engage clients and prospects

* Marketing Campaign Support:* Drive activation of integrated corporate marketing campaigns to promote our wealth management services to clients and prospects* Coordinate with branches and help segment and target clients and prospects for key marketing initiatives* Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

* Content Creation for Digital Channels:* Develop and execute compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs to support events and thought leadership initiatives* Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content* Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize and refine strategies for maximum impact* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content development

* Brand Management:* Adhere to the Oppenheimer brand guidelines and collaborate with the branches to maintain consistency across all events, channels and materials

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field* Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing, preferably within wealth management, sports or luxury industries* Proven experience in event strategy, planning, and execution* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Highly organized with strong project management abilities* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Dynamic personality who enjoys proactively reaching out and driving internal engagement* Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance requirements, preferred

Compensation:

For job postings in New York City, Oppenheimer is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the City of New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
