Job Description

Primary Purpose

Develop content and strategies for internal and external communication campaigns.

Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesHelp Director of Communications manage and oversee Firstup, the primary internal communications platform at Mountaire. Create campaigns, troubleshoot, help manage content publishers.Design graphic communication tools like flyers, advertising posters, pullup banners, and other design work for various departments throughout the company for external and internal purposes.Shoot, edit and publish video content for internal and external audiences.Responsible for layout and design of quarterly newsletter TQS and coordinating with various contributors, including Service Awards.

QualificationsB.S. Degree in Communications, English or a related field.3-5 years' work experience in a similar position.Advanced communication skills in social media, photography/videography, Adobe Suite and other graphic design programs.
