The Marketing/Content Analyst is a pivotal role that involves evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies and content for maximum impact. This professional is responsible for conducting thorough analysis of marketing campaigns, content performance, and audience engagement metrics. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Marketing/Content Analyst assists in refining and improving marketing efforts to effectively reach target audiences. They collaborate closely with marketing teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing content quality, distribution channels, and overall campaign effectiveness. The role also involves staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure that marketing strategies remain current and competitive. Through their analytical prowess, the Marketing/Content Analyst contributes to the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives and the achievement of organizational goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for

Marketing/Content Analyst : 75-80K

Pay commensurate with experience.

Marketing/Content Analyst Responsibilities Include:Develop scripts, speeches, articles, and digital correspondence to enable AF/A4C leadership to communicate strategic messages.Provide detailed data analysis updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in, and when AF/ A4C is the lead, facilitating, meetings/forums, working groups, committees, panels/sub-panels, boards, and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering or presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).Coordinate, develop, maintain, and execute an AF/A4C Strategic Communications Plans focused on increasing stakeholder and strategic partner awareness of AF/A4C outreach and initiatives.Coordinate and collaborate with AF/A4C POCs, to develop, execute and deliver virtual messages in a variety of electronic formats to the CE enterprise and end customers.Support varied and complex deliverables for the Strategic Communication Team by using social media and other platforms to push out content.Understand the digital marketplace and build outreach plans to reach target audience.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Marketing/Content Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:A bachelor's degree2-5 years' experienceAir Force or DoD experience highly desired2 years social media experience (SEO)4 years Creative vision for strategic marketing campaignsData analytics, market research and data collectionKnowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer mission areas desiredAbility to operate in a demanding & fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time delivery of products.A desire to take on responsibility and operate with little oversight.Excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds.Ability to build and manage strong relationships with a diverse array of clients.Ability to comfortably interact with senior level government and contractor personnel on an as needed basis.Outstanding interaction skills, tact, and team building skills.Ability to successfully pass drug screening and a federal background check is required.Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Marketing Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or Marketing Insights SpecialistMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
