Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time art director to manage and execute the development of visual concepts and designs that bring client campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will work alongside some of the most talented creatives in the industry and collaborate on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, and video applications)Collaborate with a creative partner and contribute ideas, concepts, and solutionsPresent creative concepts and recommendations to clients and creative leadershipComplete design concepts that meet client objectives and brand standards with meticulous attention to detail, process feedback, and adhere to deadlines from start to finishStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the teamManage relationships with outside vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and retouchers
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communications, or comparable work experience in a relevant fieldMinimum of five years of work experience in graphic design and mechanical productionHighly skilled in Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google DriveKnowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentialityDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environmentAbility to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlinesHardworking team player who's always ready for the next challenge
Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
