Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop recruitment strategies that include fostering existing relationships and targeting new markets.Lead the student recruitment effort with oversight of and participation in elementary school visits, high school fairs, shadow days, open houses, tours, entrance exams and registrations, and other outreach activities hosted by St. Edward High School.Monitor recruitment strategies, maintain effective enrollment practices and build applicant pipeline to optimize enrollment.Work as the lead point of contact with students and families through the matriculation process from prospective student to enrolled student.Develop and manage strategic recruitment and marketing plans to increase enrollment and further the mission of St. Edward CCHS.Create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications including social media, and public relations program designed to effectively portray St. Edward's culture and student offerings.Coordinate with all Academic departments, Athletic teams, and other school groups to plan for their marketing and communications needs.Develop, or oversee the development of marketing, communications and public relations materials including school publications, external press releases, social media messaging, admissions videos, fundraising engagements, and other materials. Maintain relationships with all applicable vendors to support these activities.Define measurable goals to gauge the success of recruitment and marketing plans within budget.Design and deliver a quarterly eNewsletter/print communication targeting school families, faculty/staff, alumni, and donors.Create open lines of communication with elementary school principals and local parish secretaries with a monthly "calendar of events" email and consistent communication.Collaborate with Director of Advancement/Development to create and coordinate delivery of marketing materials to alumni, donors, and for fundraising events.Required ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Pyschology or Marketing preferredAt least 3-5 years of business of marketing experience with school recruitment and/or marketing preferredStrong knowledge of geographical area and Catholic Schools requiredCandidate must be extremely flexible regarding schedule and hours worked, including weekends and evenings, to perform established dutiesThis position may be part-time or full-time depending on candidate's qualifications as agreed upon by the Principal/Area Superintendent
