Junior Motion Designer / Video Editor

We will count on you to:Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute motion graphics and video concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelinesAssist in the creation of visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video contentEdit raw footage and assemble video content to create compelling and engaging videosIncorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experienceEnsure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standardsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video contentMaintain organized file management and adhere to established naming conventionsAssist in the maintenance and organization of video assets and project files

What you need to have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceProficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and PhotoshopA portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing work is highly preferredStrong understanding of video editing techniques and principlesKnowledge of typography, color theory, and compositionBasic understanding of audio editing and mixingEvent Travel is Required

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,700 to $95,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
