As an Event Promotions Assistant at Ideaboxpro, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our promotional events. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting event logistics, coordinating with vendors, promoting events through various channels, and engaging with attendees to ensure a memorable experience. You'll be the creative force behind our events, working closely with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility and create impactful experiences that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of promotional eventsCoordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and setupPromote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channelsEngage with event attendees, providing information and ensuring a positive experienceTrack event performance and gather feedback for future improvementsCollaborate with the marketing team to align event promotions with overall brand strategy
Qualities We're Looking For:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreativity and a passion for event planningAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with social media and digital marketing is a plusA proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiativePrevious experience in event coordination or promotions is preferred
