As a Public Relations and Social Media Intern at Worksome, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to distribute content, build and manage a social media calendar, and support our public relations efforts.

About the job:

Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.Coordinate content distribution across various channels to maximize reach and grow brand footprint.Manage social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community.Support the distribution of press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution.

About you:

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative thinker with an eye for detail.Greater NYC-located for bi-monthly in office meetings is ideal, but not required.Prior internship experience in PR, social media, or content creation is a plus.
