The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. There are many opportunities for growth in sales, service, finance and insurance, detail, accounting, parts, body shop and customer service. Our organization also includes two detail facilities, car wash, accounting and marketing departments. ResponsibilitiesPhotograph Ford-Commercial, Subaru, and all Used inventory - Re-delivery training will include Ford and SubaruPhotograph all required features on each vehicleCommunicate with managersPost pictures online to specific websitesConduct daily audits to verify workAssist Sales and Commercial departments - moving cars, errands, etc.Interact with customers and conduct re-delivery/re-orientations with customers within 2 weeks of deliverySupport Sales staff and Service customers with technology questionsWill be required to call customers and set appointments for re-delivery
QualificationsMust have a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving recordOutbound scheduling emails/calls requiredDetail orientedAbility to work with smartphone apps and use camera phone efficientlyComputer skills and general technology a mustGood people skillsStrong organizational skills
HoursMonday through Friday: 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.Saturday: 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. every other week - will have alternate day off (Wednesday or Thursday) on weeks when Saturdays are worked
