Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with all other Directors, producers, and production staff to ensure oversight of the artistic and educational aspects of our theater program.The Director is responsible for selecting and directing productions, guiding students in their creative development, and foster a collaborative, inclusive learning environment.Perform all other duties as assigned by the High School PrincipalMinimum QualificationsPrior experience and expertise in musical/theater direction required.Must have strong leadership abilities.Passion for theater education and fostering the talents of students.
