Responsibilities of a

Marketing Director:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand awareness.

Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and community outreach.

Coordinate and host events, tours, and open houses to attract prospective residents and their families.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new residents.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Maintain and update the nursing home’s website and social media platforms.

Foster relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present regular marketing reports to senior management.

Marketing Director

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, or sales, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
