Job Title: Drafter/Designer
We are looking for a dedicated Drafter/Designer to apply company/client policies and procedures for the development of site designs for overhead and underground electrical distribution facilities. This role involves preparing site drawings and construction sketches using MicroStation and GNetviewer, completing site visits for field notes, visual inspections, and ensuring accurate project designs. The candidate will develop relationships with various stakeholders and support both company and client business goals while representing themselves professionally.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Work Environment
Work will be based out of the Indianapolis office 5 days a week initially. After 2-3 months of training, a hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days in the office and the rest at home will be offered. The office culture is small, close-knit, and quiet. The dress code is casual with the possibility of field visits, requiring a change of clothes. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
