Mission:Coordinating and helping to conduct research studies within Last Mile's delivery stationsAnalyzing the outcome of the studies and being able to communicate that to manager
Day to Day:Scheduling the studies, coordination with participants (emailing/calling)Managing no showsCoordinating gratuity for participantsRunning analytics of the studies
Must Haves:Strong coordination skillsExcellent communicationWork in ExcelAbility to analyze the studies- this one is important as it is something people in the past have not been as strong in Understanding the legality of data
