F&I Manager Responsibilities:Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to create a base of referrals to establish a strong customer networkSelling finance & insurance products to customersMaintain impeccable reputation with lendersOwnership of Payment In and Payment Out logProduce & submit accurate paperwork for title and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely mannerMaintain F&I income at acceptable levelsMust adhere to the MPP Package Sell presentationAdhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profitEducate customers on viewpoint surveysMaintain CIT's to a minimum (preferably zero)Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
F&I Manager Qualifications:Prior automotive finance experience - 1 year preferredExcellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skillsStrong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)Desk deals for sales professionals when needed and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potentialDeal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representativesUnderstand tag and title laws; DMV; secondary loans; bankersProfessional appearance and work ethicCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
