Video Surveillance Specialist
is responsible for all Loss Prevention and Asset Protection by reviewing video footage and alerts from multiple dealership locations and alerting local authorities of any suspicious activity or safety concerns at Napleton's dealerships. This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to make decisions with a sense of urgency, and basic computer skills . (Must be willing and available to work overnight shifts 10:00pm-6:30am)

Job Responsibilities:Monitor video security footage for suspicious activity and security alertsContact local authorities with any security concernsCommunicate important details calmly, accurately, and with a sense of urgencyReport any equipment failures or outages immediatelyCommunicate effectively with management and dealership personnelAbility to multitask and monitor suspicious activity via video surveillance at multiple locations
Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentOne+ years of computer experience-Video Monitoring experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully manage and prioritize assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work a mix of schedules, including weekends and overnights.Military or Veterans encourage to apply
