WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Magnifi by TIFIN is changing the way consumers shop for investments by bringing trusted data, insights, and a world of investment opportunities right to their fingertips. Magnifi's free search tool and AI-powered personal investing assistant enable individual investors with varying degrees of investment experience and know-how with investment intelligence that, up to now, has only been offered to professional financial advisors. Magnifi also provides, free, no commission and no-order flow trading of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds for investors seeking to easily put their insights to work. In a world where every individual is unique, TIFIN enables Magnifi customers to gain critical investment intelligence and recommendations that match their distinct investment needs, risk levels, goals, and personal interests.

We are seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Magnifi go-to-market team, reporting directly to the CMO. In this role, you will own the Lifecycle Marketing function and drive growth, engagement and monetization marketing efforts - designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled lifecycle campaigns across user segments and life stages. You will create a delightful multi-touch (email, mobile app) program through a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with growth stage consumer brands, ideally in the fintech space and a passion for investing and AI disruption!

THE ROLE:Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns to generate high engagement and revenueIdentify customer pain points, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven and data-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimizationLeverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scalePartner with Martech to outline marketing requirements and create new systems to improve automation and enhance channelsDesign iterative experimentation plans to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectivenessAnalyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organizationDrive growth across key metrics and measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance on a recurring cadenceCollaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, MarTech, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing

WHO YOU ARE:5+ years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience including email, in-app, push, and SMSA proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy with expertise in new member onboarding and retention activities at scaleStrong analytical background with experience using various testing methodologiesA Bachelor's and Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or another relevant fieldExperience working with creative agencies or internal creative studios in developing marketing assetsDeep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)Technical email knowledge (understanding of webhooks, APIs, liquid logic, ETLs)Experience articulating requirements to Product, Engineering, and Data Science to facilitate technical workstreamsUser-first sensibilitySelf starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversightExperience driving experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize and improve campaignsDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $150,000 - $170,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

A note on location.

While we have team centers in New York City, San Francisco, Charlotte, and Mumbai, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.
