Hospitality Coordinator
Responsible for planning and coordinating music for the 25 Sunday services during the retreat season (September - May). Responsibilities include liturgical planning, working with staff and directing retreatants, and most importantly, performing on a piano and leading the singing.
Qualifications preferred include: A bachelor's degree in music, Liturgical Music or equivalent experience and education (i.e. certificate in Liturgy) and strong knowledge of the Roman Catholic Liturgy; the ability to plan music for the liturgies and execute those plans successfully; ability to communicate and work with people which facilitates the greater involvement of retreatants in liturgical music offerings; willingness to collaborate with the Ministry Team. Requires considerable instrumental and vocal experience. Mass is generally at 10:00 on Sundays for 25 weekends a year. For consideration, contact Jim Bologna at jbologna@stpaulretreat.org
