Prime Video is looking for a Sr. Producer, Experiential Marketing to lead the end-to-end execution of Prime Video Advertising activations at industry events globally. This person will be responsible for developing comprehensive event plans, managing stakeholders, and working closely with creative teams to define and execute event experiences. In this role, you will work in lockstep with Amazon Advertising and Amazon MGM Studios stakeholders to ensure the Prime Video messaging and activation is perfectly aligned with broader advertising initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

- Partner closely with Ads organization and Amazon Studios to execute seamless and cohesive event programs for B2B audiences

- Manage and develop comprehensive event plans, messaging, timelines, and budgets

- Manage end-to-end logistics for executives and talent including transportation, accommodations, and special requests

- Work with agency vendors and internal stakeholders to align on creative concepts to create experiences aligned to business priorities

- Work with Amazon Studios to manage talent selection and coordinate onsite logistics

- Develop framework and playbooks for experiential activations to enable global stakeholders to execute and replicate experiences for global audiences

A day in the life

In this role, you will work primarily with the Amazon Ads and Amazon MGM Studios teams. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the program by managing project timelines, owning various deliverables, and partnering closely with stakeholders to execute a cohesive event experience across teams. You will travel frequently throughout the year to execute events.

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
