Architectural Designer

to join their team of architects. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects

Responsibilities:Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and RevitPerform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawingsReview design documents and construction estimatesAssisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawingsWork with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

Qualifications:3-5 years of experienceDegree in Architecture preferredExperienced in using AutoCAD and RevitKnowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniquesAbility to problem solve individually and as part of a teamProvide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats

Compensation/Benefits:$55,000 to $75,000 base compensation3 weeks' vacation401k retirement plan with employer matchHybrid work schedule
