Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations (Palm Beach, FL)

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations s that will be responsible for leading the build out of the marketing analytics function and optimizing operational processes across their marketing and communications teams.
This position will be hybrid, 70-80% in-office out of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities for the Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations:- Develop and execute the organizations analytics strategy,aligning it with the overall business strategic priorities and goals- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack such as CRM, analytics, and other tools, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.- Develop and implement best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and performance measurement, including seting core KPIs- Develop a process to monitor and analyze marketing and communications data, including campaign metrics, website traffic, and lead conversion rates, to help the organization identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.- Manage operational planning, forecast and budgeting processes- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing and communications performance and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to evaluate, implement, and integrate new marketing technology solutions as needed.
Qualifications for the Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations:- 10+ years of experience in marketing functions and analytics, preferably with a big, complex, global company- 5+ years of experience to include business analytics, business strategy and successful marketing program execution, preferably with B2B experience- MBA or Master's degree with an emphasis in data analytics, statistics, or marketing preferred- Experience working within a large, global organization highly preferred- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and prioritize work independently.- People management - experience leading and coaching a team.- Strong influencing skills; can communicate succinctly and creatively to various organizational levels and functions.
