SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Decorators create awesome doughnut art by using proprietary icing, filling, topping and decorating techniques and products, ensuring each item meets Pinkbox standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.• Inspect all products and remove misshapen/imperfect doughnuts and baked goods.• Properly apply filling, icings, and toppings• Follow portioning controls and par levels• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions• Maintain awareness of inventory• Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures• Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE• Prior pastry experience required• Must have Health Card or required regional work cards• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds.• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS• Decorators can expect to work an 8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays. Our stores are 24/7!• Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.• Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
