JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join its marketing team. As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing technology and infrastructure, ensuring effective CRM and lead management, tracking marketing data and KPIs, and managing marketing automation and workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

The Marketing Operations Specialist's primary responsibilities include the following:Assist in evaluation, implementation, and maintain marketing technology platforms, tools, and systems to support marketing operations and campaigns.Integrate various marketing tools, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced marketing capabilities.Assist in the management and optimization of the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define lead management processes, ensuring accurate data capture, segmentation, and lead nurturing.Analyze and report on lead performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.Assist in the development and implement a robust marketing data strategy, ensuring accurate collection, organization, and analysis of marketing data.Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights and KPI tracking for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Work with our agency partners to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation systems, including email marketing, lead scoring, and campaign workflows.Collaborate with marketing managers to develop automated workflows that align with marketing strategies and goals.Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and manage the marketing operations budget. Monitor and track marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and identifying areas for cost optimization.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations, enhance efficiency.Document marketing processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across teams.Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to marketing operations and technology.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience.Experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on marketing technology and automation.In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs.Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.Ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends.Approximately 10% travel required.
