Primary Duties:Drive new business revenue by successfully converting contract expirations into sold extended warranty agreements.Maintain existing customer business to minimize lost service agreement business.Articulate service contract value proposition to customers.Manage pipeline in CRM to ensure timing of closes matches Monthly Forecast & Quarterly Business Plan.Works collaboratively with sales, support, marketing and customers to ensure attainment of customer satisfaction.Administer warranty contract quotes, purchase orders and invoicing.Quote warranty contract offerings to customers.Submits invoices and purchase orders to Customer Service and Finance.Assists customer and internal team with resolving warranty contract billing disputes.Maintain database of current customer instruments/contracts to determine systems with expiring warranty coverage in need of contracts and/or contract renewals.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills & ExperienceHS diploma or equivalent is required, A bachelor's degree in science or business-related field preferred.No experience required; however, related experience in a sales/lead generating role is strongly preferred.Familiarity with all bioMerieux products is preferredWorking knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com preferredGood problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
