About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer & Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategy and manage relationships with key partners. This role will play a critical part in expanding our brand's reach, fostering meaningful connections with our target audience, and driving business growth through strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong network in the influencer and partnership space, possessing excellent communication and project management skills.

What's Expected (including but not limited to):

Influencer Strategy & Execution:Develop and Implement Strategy:

Design and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives, focusing on expanding brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Identify and Engage Influencers:

Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators who embody our brand ethos and resonate with our target audience.Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.Content Collaboration:

Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic, engaging content that promotes our products and strengthens brand loyalty.Performance Tracking:

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and ROI optimization.Partnership Development & Management:

Identify Partnership Opportunities:

Explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities with businesses, organizations, and like-minded brands that can enhance our market presence and create value for both parties.Negotiate and Formalize Agreements:

Lead negotiations and secure partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with our strategic goals.Manage Existing Partnerships:

Nurture and maintain strong relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and maximizing the potential of each partnership.Collaborative Campaigns:

Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, leveraging each other's strengths to amplify reach and impact.Partnership Metrics:

Monitor and report on partnership performance, including contribution to brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Assist with other marketing projects/assignments as necessary

Minimum Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderHS Diploma or GEDMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyEnglish proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and partnership management, preferably within the consumer goods or active lifestyle sector.Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns and partnerships.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics software.
