The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role on our team, aiding with proposal development, presentation design, sales, marketing and internal communication support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in the execution of daily departmental activities and initiatives, contributing to departmental and organizational goals. Create visually stunning presentations and collateral materials for sales and marketing support. Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management to enhance the employee experience and drive understanding of enterprise business strategy. Create and distribute engaging content across various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and company events. Support the planning and execution of company-wide events and meetings, including logistics coordination and development of communication materials to ensure meeting objectives are achieved. Assist in the execution of social media content creation by brainstorming ideas and producing various formats such as images, videos, and captions. Coordinate the development, completion and submission of responses to requests for proposal (RFPs). Develop proposal content that is high-quality, accurate and in accordance with the RFP requirements. Coordinate all marketing activities to reinforce MJ's voice and presence in the market. TECHINCAL FUNCTIONS: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, intranet platforms, and digital signage systems. Familiarity with analytics tools to track and evaluate communication effectiveness. Required Experience Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and employ critical thinking in problem solving. Strong analytical and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Possess the passion and discipline to stay at the forefront of marketing trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate self-motivation and excellent time management discipline with minimal direction. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.
