Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in organizing tradeshows, background in both traditional and digital marketing, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, marketing events and webinars to engage customers and promote brand presence.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote technical products, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy, including creating and curating content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Media Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, pitch stories, and coordinate media outreach efforts to secure coverage.
Campaign Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in B2B marketing within the Data Networking industry.
