Eagle Environmental, Inc. is looking to retain a highly motivated, energetic and professional individual to coordinate and oversee firm marketing activities, develop proposals, assist with sales, and assist with administrative work in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment. Knowledge and/or a background in environmental consulting is preferred but not required. Position will start as part time (20-30 hours/week) and could transition to full time. Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming proposal requests and proposal logs

Develop client proposals

Correspond, coordinate, and manage qualifications packages and proposals with other firms marketing representatives

Prepare fee proposals in Quick Books

Develop and update marketing materials

Attend marketing functions

Review papers, web-sites and other publications for RFPs/RFQs

Perform basic clerical duties including word processing, filing, copying/scanning, mailing

Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

Prepare environmental chain of custodies for shipment of environmental samples to laboratories

Produce reports, presentations and briefs

Assist with developing company marketing materials

Skills

1-2+ years of marketing experience

Friendly, personable, energetic, and professional

Experience with marketing through social media

Experience in developing and writing proposals

Proficient in English

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

High level verbal and written communications skills

Discretion and confidentiality

Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Quick Books a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent writing and proofreading abilities with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar

Demonstrated initiative to independently identify needs and flexibility to assist where needed

Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues across departments and levels, and ability to interact in a service-oriented environment

Be able to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow, which requires a strong overall knowledge of department operations

Candidate should bring an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to a highly productive team
