An established international food manufacturing company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
Required bachelor's degree with bilingual Japanese and English skills
Salary: $26.40/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 08:00/08:30 a.m. – 05:00/05:30 p.m.

Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:
Must have a bachelor’s degree
Fluent in both Japanese and English
Good at communicating and working with others
Understands how to promote and manage events
Can handle creative tasks like graphic design for ads
Knows about media planning and buying ads
Skilled with Microsoft Office programs
Can manage data effectively
Knows advanced Excel, including special functions like INDEX MATCH, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP
Quick to learn new software, like PLM (Devex) and ERP (NetSuite)
Willing to learn about rules and standards in the industry, like FDA regulations and GS1 Standards
Has some skills in Photoshop/Illustrator or similar graphic design software
Ready to taste food and cook simple samples
Able to travel for work sometimes, like to food shows or photo shoots
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
Plan and run marketing & PR activities, including daily tasks
Handle advertising, PR, food exhibitions, and sales promotions
Keep track of product details and pricing
Review and report on sales and costs
Lead new product projects and enhancements
Administrative support for certifications and other assigned tasks
Keep up good relations with external partners
