Staff Product Designer

Define, own, and execute on Cove’s product design strategy, including leading end-to-end product design, from conception to launch. Build and refine Cove’s core product suite taking into account user needs and how users will interact with Cove’s technology. Deploy product design concepts into functional prototypes to create scalable, well-structured design systems. Create visual designs related to the product and partner with engineers to develop product roadmap and build world-class customer experiences. *Position eligible for telecommuting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in job offered or product design related occupation. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements will be acceptable unless a specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills: 1. Leading design projects from initial design to launch. 2. Building functional prototypes in Figma 3. Creating sketches, journey maps and interactive prototypes. 4. Translating user needs into wireframes and user interactions. 5. User experience research, analyzing findings and making recommendations. 6. Implementing UX Design processes, methods, and tools.

Minimum Salary: 140000 Maximum Salary: 210000 Salary Unit: Yearly
