Marketing Coordinator !

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, helping to drive brand awareness, and promoting our products across multiple channels.
Campaign Support:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, website, social media, email, video, and print channels.Content Creation:
Collaborate with various teams to create and edit engaging content, including news articles, email campaigns, ad campaigns, brochures, and website updates.Data Management:
Maintain marketing databases, collect data, and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness.Event Coordination:
Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, sales, web development, training, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and timely project completion.Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing marketing reports.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or two years of related experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.Creative thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.Passion or experience in the shooting, hunting, outdoor, or automotive industries is a plus.Understanding of brand identity and positioning with the ability to maintain consistency across various marketing channels.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Creative flair and passion for marketing trends and innovations.Ability to learn and retain product-related technical information.Passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!
