Vista Prairie Communities is looking for a dynamic Corporate Marketing and Communication Specialist who will be

a vital member of the corporate Sales and Marketing team, responsible for executing essential communication, marketing, and sales initiatives. This role is crucial in developing and implementing strategies to enhance occupancy, revenue growth, and brand recognition. The Specialist will work closely with the corporate leadership team, drafting key internal and external communication that strengthens organizational culture. This position ensures consistent and effective messaging across all platforms to support the successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Schedule:

This is a Full-time, salaried position. Typical

M-F 8-5, flexible within reason.

What you will need:

Proven ability to write corporate communication required.Excellent writing abilities required.Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field required.5+ years of experience in communication, marketing, and sales, preferably in a senior housing or healthcare-related environment required.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.Expertise in online content management, social media, and web analytics requiredStrong understanding of effective digital marketing and communication principles required.A successful candidate will need to execute communication strategies, implement marketing plans, and provide sales coaching and support.Benefits Available:
