Arrival Artists is an independent music booking agency born in 2020 out of the most unlikely of scenarios. Its six founders, all long time friends and colleagues, seized an opportunity to create a home that champions art above all else and a team-based company culture that is inclusive from top to bottom.
Trained as independent agents, fortified by years of major agency experience, we are creative entrepreneurs with culturally-relevant rosters. Arrival represents success stories across nearly every genre and has a proven track record of developing talent from small underground clubs to large halls, theaters, and arenas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Agency Associate will work closely with the agents and agency team to craft and execute strategy as well as coordinate logistics surrounding our artists' tours.
Responsibilities include:Assisting the agents with routings, deal negotiations, and show confirmationsMaintaining database information for performances and artistsLiaising with publicists, managers, label employees, and other industry professionals regarding additions and changes to tour dates and dealsManaging artist ridersAssisting artist teams with day of show logistical issuesCollaborating with internal team to ensure all details have been communicated to the artist's team for a successful tour
Ideal candidates possess the following:The ability to manage several concurrent projects with an aptitude for detail and effectively reprioritize tasks as needed, in a high volume and time-sensitive environmentExcellent communication skillsAn excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word; as well as basic accounting and geography a plusA healthy sense of self-motivation, strong organizational skills and a professional manner2+ years of experience working in talent buying or tour booking, at a record label, or in music management
The ability to thrive in an open and collaborative office environment and a passion for music are essential.
This position will ideally be based in Chicago, but we are open to other locations. No relocation allowances will be offered.
