Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Marketing based in Audubon, Pennsylvania. The role involves leading various marketing activities and strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. The position is within a fast-paced industry and requires a strategic approach to managing marketing operations and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and propel sales.

- Lead and inspire a marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, content creation, influencer partnerships, and events.

- Collaborate with branding agencies to establish a brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Oversee all marketing and digital operations to ensure that marketing is a revenue generator.

- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI on marketing initiatives.

- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring timely delivery and impactful market entry.

- Utilize data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Foster relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Requirements - Must possess proficiency in CRM and Database management

- Familiarity with EO/IR systems is essential

- Expertise in Facebook Insights and Google AdWords is required

- Demonstrable experience in creating and managing Advertisements

- Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

- Proven experience in Campaign Planning

- Proficiency in Collateral Management is necessary

- Knowledge of Design Controls is key

- Must have a solid foundation in developing and implementing Marketing Strategy Innovation starts with people.®
