Field Marketing Account Executive

Summary: This role will strategize, plan and lead the execution of marketing plans and objectives of our QSR company and others as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Strategizes, plans, and oversees the execution of all marketing and sales support efforts for assigned accounts.* Leads and inspires dynamic marketing and sales-building culture while working in partnership with the Director of Marketing.* Executes local marketing plans while working closely with Wendy's Corporate Marketing counterparts.* Communicates and leads marketing and sales initiatives that deliver profitable sales growth by providing local marketing support and expertise to field operation leaders (Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, Division Managers, General Managers, etc.).* Drives revenue and sales by focusing efforts through local marketing strategy.* Communicates marketing plans and needs, such as POP and price execution, LTO or promo execution, competitive intrusion, and trade area protection.* Develops local marketing opportunities to drive increased sales by becoming a local trade area expert for portfolio markets.* Leads and seeks out opportunities for restaurants to participate in local community events, builds brand affinity and improves perception within the community.* Plans, manages and assists in Grand Opening events that build excitement and drive performance for remodeled restaurants.* Supports field operations with sales/marketing analytics.* Conducts competitive analysis and product mix analysis for strategic product insight.* Works closely with the marketing creative/design team to facilitate the completion of creative projects and campaigns, as needed.* Works with other departments to create marketing materials that communicate organizational activities and hiring efforts.* Assists with planning and coordinating major internal events, if needed.* Travel required, up to 20% of time.* Other duties as assigned.
