* OFFERING A $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! *

The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of two years of lease-up conventional market experience in the multi-family industry within the last few years as either a manager or at a higher level.

A qualified candidate for the Community Manager position can expect starting pay at $83,000 base + 20% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly & renewal bonuses.

Our Lease Up Community Managers assume day-to-day leadership of and accountability for property operations, specifically focusing on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain "A" player teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it were their own investment to achieve company objectives and financial and operating goals.

Our ideal Lease-Up Community Manager candidate will:
