Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Success Manager to join our team. The Marketing Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by working closely with loan officers (LO's), account executives (AE's) stakeholders, and internal teams. This role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing efforts to achieve marketing goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:Help bridge the gap between Sales and MarketingServe as the primary point of contact for LO's/AE's, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Manage all new marketing technologyProvide regular updates, reports, and insights to Marketing Director on campaign performance and progress.Educate LO's/AE's on marketing best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.Provide training and support to LO's/AE's on marketing tools and platforms.Address LO's/AE's concerns and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
