The Rubber City Radio Group (RCRG) is a locally owned and operated multi-media company that excels with four community-focused, locally programmed radio stations in Northeast Ohio: 94.9 WQMX, 97.5 WONE, 107-3 Alternative Cleveland and 93.5/1590 WAKR, digital audio and social media platforms, and a digital advertising specialist group.

We manage numerous local events for entertainment and charitable partnerships. The company employs many high-quality personalities and influencers with an intense creative flare for audience entertainment and community relationships.

We are a creative, forward-looking company searching for the newest rock-star to join our team as a Multi-Media Account Specialist. Openings are a rare opportunity. The new team member must show a strong desire to grow within the role and stay ahead of the industry trends. The Multi-Media Account Specialist will work with a list of existing clients while also being responsible for growing and cultivating new local and regional client partnerships, as well as demonstrating expert customer service.

A candidate must be able to listen to prospect and client needs and challenges and in return deliver solid effective marketing solutions via the various products offered by RCRG. There are radio station and community events we expect our team members to attend throughout the year as well. This position requires reliable transportation for local travel to visit clients and partners on a weekly basis.
