Who You Are

As a collaborative and creative 3D Designer, you'll be a key player in bringing our brand to life. Your expertise in animations, VR experiences, and 360 tours will elevate our visual appeal and engage our audience.
The Impact You Will Have:
Your renderings will bring QTS’s vision to life.
What You Will Do:
Develop 3D visualizations and experiences for projects in various stages of design
Contribute to the development of 3D Environments in Twinmotion according to geo-localization
characteristics of the project.
Participate in the creation of high-quality props, buildings, vegetation and terrain assets according
to design specifications and technical requirements.
Refinement and optimization of 3d assets for implementation in large scenes.
Collaborate with Senior 3D Designer on leveraging artistic insight on photorealistic visuals by curating lighting, composition, and a unique environmental storytelling for each campus.
Actively engage on discovery work by testing and incorporating new workflows, different software and AI tools to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies
What You Will Need to be Successful:
3+ years of experience as 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist or similar role.
Portfolio showcasing previous work
Background in Architecture, Visual Communication or Game / Animation Design (industry, academic or personal)
Proficiency with Twinmotion and experience working with Games engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
Demonstrated expertise in 3D modeling and mapping using 3Ds max or Blender.
Experience working with V-ray or Corona rendering using a PBR asset creation pipeline.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, including electrical and mechanical layouts.
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD.
Proficient with standard industry tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premier and After Effects
